Shaping The Future: The Importance of Our Core Values

Arizona Energy Pros has been in the Valley since 1977. From the day doors opened, it has been a family-owned business. The thing that has remained consistent over the years is one that keeps the company strong, family. But there are many things that have changed as well, especially in the last four years in an ever-changing workforce.

“Updating our core values was important to us because it holds us accountable in a modern work environment,” said Rusty Gardner, owner, and CEO. “We wanted values that would reflect Amanda and me and that our employees can connect to. Without company values, you can’t build a healthy culture.”

Arizona Energy Pros is a small but mighty business. Over the last four years it has tripled in employees and touched more customers’ businesses and homes.

Our core values are the glue that holds everything together and gives leadership the framework to make decisions that benefit our employees, customers, the business, and the entire community. We believe that our core values lie at the heart of the entire operation and are the building blocks of our culture and brand.

At Arizona Energy Pros, we have the three “I’s” that are the non-negotiable core values that shape our brand and guide us in the decisions we make daily.

Core Values at Arizona Energy ProsIntegrity: We are truthful and honest with our customers, team members, stakeholders, partners, and ourselves. When faced with difficult decisions and hard choices, we do the right thing, even in the face of adversity.
