Arizona Energy Pros has been in the Valley since 1977. From the day doors opened, it has been a family-owned business. “Updating our core values was important to us because it holds us accountable in a modern work environment,” said Russell Gardner, owner, and CEO. “We wanted values that would reflect Amanda and me and that our employees can connect to. Without company values, you can’t build a healthy culture.”
